GRID-CONNECTED ROOFTOP SYSTEM

Our Product

On the grid-connected rooftop PV system, the DC power generated from the PV panel is transformed into alternate current (AC) using a power conditioning unit and is fed to the grid as a single or a threephase current.

These systems generate power during the day, which is utilized by powering captive loads and feeding the excess power to the grid. In the case when the power generated is not suffcient, the captive loads are served by drawing power from the grid. The concept of rooftop solar is based on the scale of the PV plant rather than whether it is situated on a roof/terrace. Hence, the definition of RTS also includes a small solar plant on the ground.
