OUR STORY
Eastwest Solar (Pvt) Ltd is a solar power installation provider established in Sri Lanka in 2017. With energy costs increasing year-on-year, many homeowners and commercial businesses often seek long-term alternatives to lowe their energy bills.
Solar energy functions as an effective alternative to drawing power from the electric grid, enabling energy savings in the long run. Increased economic growth and demand for energy in economies of scale are also creating an opportunity for countries to increase their usage of renewable energy, with innovations stemming from solar energy monitoring several positive impacts on the world as we know it today. Owing to this, we believe our constantly evolving solar energy and related products will perform an impactful role in Sri Lanka’s renewable energy sector.
An LKR 350 million company, Eastwest Solar (Pvt) Ltd is authorized by the Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority (SLSEA) as an installer of solar products proudly serving a growing customer base who wish to harness solar energy to power their houses and commercial establishments.

With permanent establishments in both Nintavur and Colombo, we are a customer oriented organization with a committed focus on quality, reliability and e ciency. Our product portfolio includes inverters, solar panels, PV (photovoltaics) modules, electrical devices and cables sourced from globally recognized brands such as Canadian Solar, Jinko Solar, Suntech, Yingli Solar, SMA, Yanglin, Kelani Cables and Suntree.
We are well-equipped to support the successful development of the country’s solar PV needs in both the domestic and industrial sectors especially in the Northern and Eastern provinces of Sri Lanka.
Our direct current (DC), optimized inverter system maximizes power generation, while reducing the cost of energy produced by the PV system for a healthy return-on-investment. Additional benefits of the DC optimized inverter system are comprehensive and advanced safety features, enhanced design flexibility,and improved O&M (operations and maintenance) with module-level and remote monitoring. Our optimized solar inverter system comprises inverters, power optimizers, a communication device enabling access to a cloud-based monitoring platform, and additional smart energy management solutions.
Our solutions address a wide range of solar market segments, from residential solar installations to commercial and small utility-scale solar installations.
